How do we work when it comes to selling – can the public buy from us directly?

We have been asked this by some friends in New Zealand who have looked at our website – expecting to see an on-line store or price lists.  We deal with what is known as a Business to Business (B2B) model and do not sell directly to the public.  We find the right partners in the territories in which we operate (Spain, Portugal, New Zealand and Australia) and provide them with the best products for them to sell in their markets.  In some cases, with our linen products for instance, we also have trade partner relationships where reputable interior designers and architects can source these wonderful products from us.  Occasionally, and usually in conjunction with a charitable cause, we will have promotional events where we sell to the public as part of an event – and introduce them to our retail partners for future reference when they (invariably) want to buy some more or introduce their friends to these luxury products.
